We are looking for a charismatic and customer-focused Front Office Host to be the face of The Brewhouse. As a Front Office Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. From welcoming guests and managing reservations to leading brewery tours and assisting with events, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement & Front Desk Operations

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and inquiries.
• Provide information about our offerings and events.

Hosting & Brewery Experience

• Engaging patrons and tours, sharing basic insights and guidance.
• Ensuing guests have an enjoyable and interactive experience while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Customer Service & Sales

• Address guest concerns and provide excellent service.
• Process payments and manage customer orders accurately.

Event Support & Coordination

• Assist in organizing and hosting special events and promotions.

General Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and tour areas.
• Uphold health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is a plus!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Availability to work on a shift basis (including mornings/evenings, weekends, and holidays)
