We are seeking to recruit a Bar Assistant Manager, an individual with a passion for mixology and a love for premium drinks, including beer. The chosen candidate will not shy away from being creative behind the bar. Experience in cost control is key, as well as the ability to train and lead a team to deliver a high quality level of service. Long term experience in a similar role and strong communication skills are key, but most of all we are looking for someone with a flair for entertaining customers and creating mouth-watering cocktails.
