Kettles Café – Bistro – Bar will soon be opening its doors to the public and as part of the team, we are seeking to recruit a Commis chef, a Chef de partie and kitchen porters to join the back of house.
- Commis chef, will be a dedicated individual that offers overall support to the Chef de partie with various tasks including cooking, cleaning and handling of restaurant deliveries.
- Chef de partie will directly be involved in preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes that represent the Kettles bistro under the direction of our Head Chef.
- Kitchen porters are expected to support the kitchen crew, the heart of this vibrant and bustling kitchen, through receiving deliveries and assisting in basic prep work. The ideal candidates should have experience in hospitality and must have the motivation and the initiative to ensure that cleanliness and sanitation in the bistro are maintained religiously.
