We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive to lead and develop the day-to-day operations at The Brewhouse, which includes The Cisk Tap, the Farsons Brandstore, and the Farsons Brewery Experience. This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless operations, elevating customer experiences, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all areas, including The Cisk Tap, Farsons Brandstore, and Brewery Experience.
- Event Coordination: Plan and oversee event setups, working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Financial and Resource Management: Supervise cash-outs, stock levels, and labor hours with the support of dedicated team leaders.
- Team Leadership: Foster team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve service delivery to provide guests with memorable experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational success.
