The Brewhouse welcomes BRND WGN as anchor tenants

The Brewhouse is pleased to announce that BRND WGN, one of Malta’s leading strategic creative agencies, has been confirmed as an anchor tenant. This exciting news comes just as The Brewhouse enters its final stage of development, with its doors set to open in July 2021.

The Brewhouse is the perfect next step for us,” declares Peter-Jan Grech, CEO and founder of BRND WGN, “as a significant post-war, late Art-Deco style building, the home of CISK and now a perfect space to reimagine the agency in a brighter post-Covid world.

Designed by world renowned Ian Ritchie Architects, the landmark regeneration project will see the former Farsons Brewery re-opened as a vibrant mixed-used destination, covering over 7,000 sqms of Grade II listed, industrial space. Integrated at every level with Trident Park and cutting across 8 floors with several food and beverage outlets, retail and office space, The Brewhouse will not only be the hub of the social infrastructure for the wider redevelopment but will also set the tone for the rest of the emergent Central Business District.

The new BRND WGN HQ will be built for the agency’s new distributed working concept where employees are encouraged to mix between working remotely as well as in-house. The new studio design will be planned around inspiring creative thinking, encourage collaboration as well as be a space for running webinars, live video streams and training.
